“Song of Songs” is a part of the Wisdom books from the Old Testament. It was written by Solomon which is notable from the first verse. From the title we can see that the author considered it the best song because the title itself is a superlative. 1 -I am the rose of Sharon, the lily of the valleys. 2 -As a lily among the thistles, so is my beloved among girls. 3 -As an apple tree among the trees of the wood, so is my love among young men. In his delightful shade I sit, and his fruit is sweet to my taste.

OthersWe will exult and rejoice in you; we will extol your love more. It presents an inspired portrayal of ideal human love, a resounding affirmation of the goodness of human sexuality that is applicable to the sacredness and the depth of married union.

Song of Solomon (Song of Songs) is book number 47 in the Old Testament of the Catholic Bible. It contains 8 chapters. The Song of Solomon (Song of Songs) is also called also, after the Vulgate, the "Canticles." It is the called the "song of songs" (Song of Solomon ) and regarded as being the finest of .
